AERIAL PLATFORMING AND FLIGHT TESTING
Our specially modified two Cessna 172s and a Cessna 206 and highly trained commercial pilots provide flight testing and aerial platforming flights for our Flight Test Partners.
Delta Sierra Aviation aircraft and procedures were inspected by the Air Force Research Labs (AFRL) in 2019 and again in 2024 and approved for Contractor Owned - Contractor Operated flights test services for several of our customers working with the AFRL.
Our 206 is modified with two certified standard hardpoints for dual payloads up to 100lbs. 12/24v power, ethernet and GPS connections at the hard points as well as in the cabin.
Smaller payloads are easily handled by our two light weight Cessna 172s with strut mounted Meeker Aviation Airfilm mounts able to handle up to 50lbs of payload.
Our Magnum Custom Works flight test box with downlink provides standardized power and coms to the payloads and onboard wifi for fully remote ground operation of the payloads
Custom external harnesses can be easily integrated for unique payload configurations.
